Christmas Blessings

I created this Christmas card for the latest challenge over at

Theme - Non-tradtional Colours
Sponsored by QKR Stampede

I used the image Giving Bear which can be found HERE in the QKR Stampede shop.

I had fun colouring a Christmas card in my favourite colour (pink).  This Giving Bear is just so cute.
Of course I kept my card CAS and added just a bit of ribbon to make it pop.

I hope I've inspired you to play along with us at Holly Jolly this week.

Happy Summer to you

I created this card for the latest challenge over at

Sponsored by Crafty Sentiments

I used the image Let's See which can be found HERE
in the Crafty Sentiments shop.

I had fun colouring this cute image up for this summer-y card.
It's been a wonderful summer here in Southern Ontario
and I'm sad to see September right around the corner.
This card should make me feel summer is still here,
at least for a little while.

I hope I've inspired you to play along with us at Craft Your Passion (CYP)  this week.

Summertime fun

I created this card for the latest challenge over at

Theme - Always Anything Goes
Sponsored by Bugaboo

I used the image Deacon Bugs which can be found HERE
in the Bugaboo shop.
I coloured this image up with pretty basic boy-ish colours and double matted it...added a bit of string from my stash and it was done.  I love this little image and haven't decided what I'm going to use this card for.  It could be for just about any occasion.

I hope I've inspired you to play along with us at Lil' Patch of Crafty Friends this week.

I love my Mummy...

It's time for another Progressive Freebie Friday

Scrapper's Delights

I shaded this image with C1 and coloured the skin and eyes.
This was a great and fun image to colour and of course I made a pretty CAS creation with it
...adding only some gauze and rhinestones to it.

Follow your dreams...

I created this card for the latest challenge at Aurora Wings Challenge blog.

I used the image Sprite of Hibiscus which can be found HERE in the

Don't you just LOVE this sweet image?

I coloured this image with copics and created a double mat around the image for a bit of drama.
My sentiment is from a Close to My Heart Acrylic stamp set,
and I figure it's perfect for the theatrical theme here.

I hope you like what I've created.

Santa Photos

I created this scrapbook layout for the latest challenge over at

Here's a close up of the image I coloued for this page

Sponsored by Dr. Digi

I used the image Selfie Santa which can be found HERE in the Dr. Digi shop.

I coloured the image with copics and created a title block on my computer.
I pulled some 5x7 Santa photos from a frame and added them to this layout.
I did computer journaling and added it as well.
Those of you who know me, know that I rarely do a layout
without adding journaling, and usually it's handwritten.
I'm pleased with getting this layout done for Thomas' scrapbook, as
it's been a long time since I created a scrapbook page/layout.

I hope I've inspired you to play along with us at Holly Jolly this week.

I coloured this image with copics and kept my card CAS.
I used the red/white checked ribbon as an accent (which looks like a tablecloth to me)
I thought the HAPPY SUMMER sentiment was perfect for this card.
